Exhibitor passes

You will receive an E-Mail, which includes your individual Code for your exhibitor pass.
This e-mail will be sent by Sina on Monday, 16 Sept.
You can create your pass using the code on the following website: https://tickets.innotrans.de/

Please note: Please note: For the booth briefing on Monday you need a special pass, which you will get in Berlin from Sina & Simeon.

Parking Ticket

Please get in touch with Sina, if you need a parking ticket.
For all those staying at the GINN Hotel, there is a bus transfer to the trade fair. As we only have a limited number of parking tickets available, please use the bus when you stay at the hotel.

Poloshirts & Name tag

You will receive your poloshirts and name tags from the Global Events Team at the hotel during the WE4RB meeting (or directly at the trade fair if you are not attending the meeting).
There will also be a few spare shirts of each size on the booth. Please ask at the information desk if you need one.

Free Airport Shuttle | Fairground -> BER

With your exhibitor pass you can use a free airport shuttle. The shuttle starts at the following stops on the fairground:

1. 23 - 27 September 2024, 07:30 a.m. - 07:00 p.m., 27.09. - 05:00 p.m.
   M2S InnoTrans North Area <> BER (Bus Stop B) - every 30 minutes

2. 23 - 27 September 2024, 07:45 a.m. - 07:00 p.m., 27.09. - 05:00 p.m.
   M2S InnoTrans South Area <> BER (Bus Stop B) - every 30 minutes
